Coulomb Technologies Names Colleen Quinn Vice President, Government Relations and Public Policy

Campbell, CA - June 1, 2011 - Coulomb Technologies today announced that Colleen Quinn has joined the company as its vice president of government relations and public policy. Colleen Quinn is a seasoned executive leader and government strategist with more than 30 years experience in government, business and non-profit sectors. In her role, Colleen will work to advance local, state and federal policy to promote electric vehicle adoption and charging services, and will work with government agencies to ensure that Coulomb will meet their needs.

Colleen Quinn has served in the highest-level
government and political appointed positions,
as well as a senior corporate officer and
senior non-profit management and advocacy
roles. Ms. Quinn has worked with some of the
most innovative leaders in government and
business, including Governor Jerry Brown and
the Partnership of New York City. Most recently
she has led the efforts in the nascent electric
vehicle industry to achieve unprecedented
outcomes in government to support the industry
growth and development of policies to achieve
both the environmental and economic development
goals of the State and Federal Government.
Previously, she has led the regulatory and
legislative agenda of the Electric Vehicle
Service Provider industry on a consulting basis
with Coulomb Technologies, Inc., Vectrix
Corporation and Plug In America. Colleen holds
degrees from University of California, Hastings
College of Law, JD, University of California,
Berkeley and with the CORO Foundation
Fellowship in Public Affairs.
