EDTA is excited to share the National Zero-Emission Freight Corridor Strategy document, developed by the Joint Office of Energy and Transportation and the Department of Energy in collaboration with the Department of Transportation, and the Environmental Protection Agency. The strategy is an all-of-government approach that provides an action plan for deploying a world-class zero-emission freight network nationwide by 2040. Medium- and heavy-duty electrification is critical to the e-mobility transition and will deliver cost savings for commercial fleets, cleaner air for communities, and strategic investments for infrastructure companies and electric utilities. EDTA supports the Administration’s focus on the deployment of these technologies, and we look forward to partnering with the Joint Office to implement the strategy.
